The Ringling Museum sits quietly on a 66 acre estate which overlooks the famous Sarasota Bay. This art museum serves as the home of 21 galleries consisting of Cypriot antiquities and European paintings. In addition, there are American paintings, contemporary and Asian art that can be found in the museum.

This famous museum was established by a circus entrepreneur, financer, and art collector under the name John Ringling. Along with his wife, Mable, they established the art museum in 1927 as part of their legacy. Today, this facility has been given a recognition for being the official State Art Museum of Florida.

Apart from the famous art pieces that can be found in the museum, visitors can also find several other establishments in the estate. These include the Ca d’Zan, Ringling Museum of the American Circus, Historic Asolo Theater, Treviso, and the Banyan Café. Visitors can use their Ringling Museum discount coupon when they want to purchase something from the museum. They are open every day from 10am until 5pm. The Circus Museum, on the other hand, is open until 8 in the evening. Tickets are being sold at $25 for adults, $20 for senior citizens, and $10 for students, children, FI Teachers, and active US military personnel.
